FDIC-Insured - Backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government

Continue to watch this page for updates as the go live date approaches!
Our upgrade is scheduled to go live on May 6th, 2026. The go live process is three days starting the evening of Monday May 4th. All systems will still be available in Inquiry Only mode from Monday evening until Wednesday morning. During this time, you will be able to see your accounts and transaction activity, but you will not be able to schedule any transfers, process ACH or remote deposits. If you originate ACH Files, any future dated or recurring ACH files will have to be rescheduled after the update.
The upgrade will be a brand new look and feel for our business online banking customers that improves funcationality and security. Included with this upgrade will be enhanced features such as the ability to link personal and business accounts into a single sign-on, the ability to submit and review ACH files on your mobile phone, Zelle Small Business, Business Mobile Deposit, and CashFlow Central, a new product that allows for small business online bill pay, accounts payable and accounts receivable options.
Going-forward, there will be a single login location for all business and consumer online banking users. You will no longer have to select Cash Management or Business Banking.
If you use a password to login today plus a challenge question, this will become just username and password going forward. Challenge questions have been replaced with a one-time passcode by text, call or email. If you always log in from the same device, you may not need to enter a passcode each time, but may be required to when making profile changes or transfers. If the system recognizes a new device login, a new passcode will be requested at that time for your protection.
If you use a hard token for login today, on the go-live date you will be required to sign in with your username and password. If you do not know your password, please contact the bank for a reset after the upgrade. You will receive a one-time passcode by text, call, or email and then you must enable your token again. Going forward, you will use username and password followed by a token number for login and for certain transactions and profile updates. The PIN will no longer be used.
If you use a soft token digipass app for login today, on the go-live date you will be required to sign in with your username and password. If you do not know your password, please contact the bank for a reset after the upgrade. You will receive a one-time passcode by text, call, or email and then will be prompted to download the updated digipass app and enable the token on your device. Going forward, you will use username and password followed by a token number for login and for certain transactions and profile updates. The PIN will no longer be used.
The majority of settings you have now will carry-over after the upgrade. There are a few settings that will not, including internal transfer templates. Any pre-built templates that were meant for transferring between accounts at Farmers Bank & Trust will not migrate over. You will have a standard transfer option where you can make your transfers from.
All ACH functionality that you have now, will be available after the upgrade, however, the look and feel of the system will change. Any account that you have previously sent or pulled money from will now be called a Participant.
All existing templates will be migrated to the new system. ACH History will not migrate. If you are accustomed to copying a previous file to send a new file, you will want to save those files as a template so they may be easily re-created after go-live. Instructions to save as a template.
Action Items: Any future dated ACH files or recurring files will need to be re-originated at the go live. Monitor your calendar to make sure files are sent prior or after the go live date based on the needed effective date. Save any recurring files as a template so they can be easily re-established after go-live. Videos are available below to help you learn and prepare for the new system. Reach out to your local branch with any specific questions.
The Remote Deposit Capture Process will remain the same as it is today. You may have to allow pop-ups in your browser settings if the window does not open after the update.
Click here to learn how to allow pop-ups from the Pop-ups Blocked Notification.
Positive Pay will remain unchanged with the upgrade.
While the screens will have a new look and feel, the process will remain the same. Videos are available to assist you in becoming comfortable with the new system.
